If you are not 100% satisfied after using any of our products, please contact us and we will exchange or refund the products in question. The satisfaction guarantee is only applicable to the first purchase of a product and not after a renewal.

Please note that the request for exchange or refund under this policy can be made within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product.

To make a request, write to us at info@pravi.ca specifying where the product was purchased, in whose name and providing proof of purchase.
