A return of merchandise will be possible for any order received:
If you are dissatisfied: contact Pravi within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your order is damaged: Contact Pravi within 2 business days of receiving the package. Keep the original packaging and return of the products (if applicable) will be at the company's expense.
If you change your mind: You have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us. You must return the unopened and undamaged product at your own expense. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
If the order contains an error: you must contact Pravi within 7 days of receiving the equipment. The return will be at the company's expense and the order will be adjusted.
