INCI : Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, Cocos Nucifera, Aqua, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter,  Lavandula Hybrida, Iris Germanica Florentina, Ultramarine Olea Europaea Fruit Oil / Huile d'olive: Extraite de la pression à froid de la pulpe d’olive, cette huile est riche en vitamine A, D, E et K. Nous l’utilisons essentiellement dans nos savons pour ses propriétés antioxydantes, adoucissantes et hydratantes. Cocos Nucifera / Huile de coco : Etrait de la pulpe de noix de coco, cette huile est riche en vitamine A et E. Elle est utilisée dans nos produits pour ses propriétés émollientes et protectrices pour la peau. Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter / Beurre de cacao : Ce beurre dur, provenant de la fève de cacao, est un ingrédient antioxydant très adoucissant qui aide à conserver l’hydratation de la peau. Iris Germanica Florentina / Poudre d'Iris : Cet extrait de plante est utilisé dans les savons afin de fixer les odeurs des huiles essentielles mises dedans.

Use

Shake the combination skin serum before each use. Once your day, night , or brightening cream is well absorbed, apply 2 to 4 drops of the serum to the entire face and neck, focusing on problem areas.

Delivery is free for all purchases* from customers residing in Quebec, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

*Certain conditions apply:

  • Your shopping cart must total $50 before taxes to qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, a $10 shipping fee will be added.
  • For customers in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Newfoundland – A minimum purchase of $85 is required.
  • For remote territories in northern Canada and Nunavut Minimum purchase of $100 required.

Delivery is available for customers in Canada only.

Delivery options:

To ensure your products haven't been exposed to extreme cold or heat, consider having your package delivered to your office or other location where you can receive it at a controlled temperature. If this isn't the case, choose the post office pickup option.

Please note that the request for exchange or refund under this policy can be made within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product.

To make a request, write to us at info@pravi.ca specifying where the product was purchased, in whose name and providing proof of purchase.

Return policy

A return of merchandise will be possible for any order received:

  • If you are dissatisfied: contact Pravi within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If your order is damaged: Contact Pravi within 2 business days of receiving the package. Keep the original packaging and return of the products (if applicable) will be at the company's expense.
  • If you change your mind: You have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us. You must return the unopened and undamaged product at your own expense. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
  • If the order contains an error: you must contact Pravi within 7 days of receiving the equipment. The return will be at the company's expense and the order will be adjusted.

Deliveries are made within 4 working days*.

Any order placed after 3 p.m. will be considered the following day.
