Return and Delivery policy

Free delivery and satisfaction guarantee

Shipping is free for all purchases* from customers who are residents of Quebec, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

*Certain conditions apply:

  • The shopping cart must total $ 35 before taxes to take advantage of free shipping. Otherwise, a $ 10 fee will be added. 
  • For customers in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Newfoundland – A minimum purchase of $ 85 is required.
  • For remote territories in northern Canada and Nunavut – Minimum purchase of $ 100 required.

Delivery is available to customers in Canada only.

Delivery options: 

To guarantee products that have not been subjected to extreme cold or heat, consider having your package delivered to your office or any other place where you can receive it at a controlled temperature. If not, choose the pickup option at the post office.

** We are not responsible for products whose quality may have been affected by temperature.

Satisfaction guarantee

Because we believe that our products are of superior quality and that they are suitable for the most sensitive skin types, we are happy to provide you with guaranteed satisfaction. Following the use of one of our products, if you are not 100% satisfied, contact us and we will exchange or refund the products in question.

Please note that requests for an exchange or refund of this policy have to be made within 30 days of the date of purchase of the product.

To make a request, write to us at info@pravi.ca specifying where the product was purchased, in what name and providing proof of purchase.

Return policy

A return of merchandise will be possible for any order received. 


  • If you are unsatisfied: contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • If your order is damaged: contact Pravi within 2 business days of receiving the package. Keep the original packaging and the return of products (if applicable) will be at the expense of the company. 
  • If you change your mind: you have 7 days, after receiving your order, to contact us. You must return, at your expense, the product that has not been opened or damaged. Otherwise, no refund will be granted. 
  • If the order contains an error: you must contact Pravi within 7 days of receiving the material. The return will be at the expense of the company and the order will be adjusted. 

Deliveries are made within 4 working days *. 

* Any order placed after 3 p.m. will be considered the following day.
